Chief Executive Officer

Frank H Suits Jr. is the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board at Suit-Kote.

Frank is the past chairman and a current board member for the Empire Center for Public Policy. He is also on the board of directors for the New York State Chapter for the Association of General Contractors (AGC), the Asphalt Institute, and the NYS Golf Association. He was the fundraising chairman for the McDonalds Sports Complex in Cortland. His previous positions include chairman of the NYS Construction Materials Association and president of LADA.

Frank has his bachelor’s degree in business industrial management from Purdue University.

Frank has three adult children and five grandchildren. He is an avid CrossFitter and golfer.

Mike Nolan

Mike Nolan serves as the President of Suit-Kote and is a member of its Board of Directors.

Mike found his passion in the construction materials industry early on, having grown up in a civil engineering services firm and spending the past twenty years leading teams and initiatives, both domestic and international, for Sales & Marketing, Global IT strategy, M&A, and executive management roles.

Throughout his career, Mike earned a reputation for hard work, servant leadership, and strong results with a balance of operational and functional responsibilities in the following:

  • Leadership, Coaching, and Employee Development
  • Sales, Marketing, and Operations Management and Strategy
  • Financial Analysis, CapEx Planning and Management
  • M&A and Strategic Market Analysis
  • Corporate-Wide IT Strategy and Project Management

In addition, Mike served as a board member for several industry associations, planning boards, and philanthropic organizations. Mike holds an MBA from Loyola College in Maryland and a BS from Franciscan University in Ohio.

Mike resides in Upstate NY with his wife, Erin, and their eleven children.

Thomas Whipple

Chief Financial Officer

Thomas Whipple serves as the Chief Financial Officer for Suit-Kote Corporation and is a member of its Board of Directors.

Tom joined Suit-Kote in 2012. In addition to his ultimate responsibility for all accounting, finance, tax, banking, and administration activities for the company, Tom also spends time on major company growth initiatives.

Prior to joining Suit-Kote, he spent fifteen years as Vice President of Finance for Smiths Aerospace in London. Tom also spent fifteen years with Cooper Industries and ABB in senior financial roles.

He received his BS in Accounting from the State University of New York in Binghamton and his MBA from Syracuse University. Tom also completed the General Management Program at Northwestern University.

Tom and his wife, Debbie, are busy grandparents and avid golf enthusiasts.

Theresa Suits

Executive Vice President

Theresa serves as the Executive Vice President at Suit-Kote and is a member of its Board of Directors. Theresa is committed to succession planning and sustainability strategies.

Theresa earned her bachelor’s degree from SUNY Cortland in Psychology. She is the Executive Director of the Cortland, N.Y. Collections Center for Project C.U.R.E. and a member of the New York Women Leaders group.

Theresa has three adult children and five grandchildren. She is an avid traveler and enjoys being out in nature.

Emily Kissel

Senior Vice President

Emily serves as a Senior Vice President at Suit-Kote with a focus in strategy, business development, and succession planning. She also is a member of its Board of Directors.

Emily earned her bachelor’s degree and M.B.A. from Purdue University.

In her free time, Emily enjoys being with her husband and their three young children.

Robert Didio

Robert Didio

Chief Human Resources Officer

Rob Didio serves as our Chief Human Resources Officer. Prior to joining Suit-Kote, Rob was Vice President of People Strategy for Impel, a technology company focused on digital engagement in the automotive industry. Rob also served as the Director of Human Resources for Pyramid Management Group, the largest privately held shopping center developer in the Northeast, and a similar HR leadership role at L. & J.G. Stickley, a high-end furniture manufacturer located in Manlius, NY.

Rob serves on several Boards in the Central NY region including the YMCA, SHRM, Le Moyne College, Board of Regents, and Joseph’s House. He is past chair of the Human Resources Committee for Interfaith Works of CNY and the Catholic Diocese of Syracuse’s Employee Benefits Advisory group.

Rob has his bachelor’s degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from Le Moyne College where he also served as Head Men’s Lacrosse coach.

A Syracuse native who lives in Baldwinsville, NY, Rob has three adult children and two grandchildren.
